Paul lives in Los Angeles, California and enjoys being outdoors. Paul is a triathlete and certified scuba diver.
Paul has been in real estate finance and banking and plans on making it a life long endeavor. He worked for Deloitte's real estate consulting group in Los Angeles where he worked with the FDIC on receivership projects. He currently works for a commercial real estate servicing firm, Business Partners, LLC, in the asset management group.
Paul graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2004 with a dual major; Economics from CLA, and Finance from the Carlson Schoool of Business Management.
Paul has a minor in Japanese and lived in Japan where he studied at the Kanda University of International Studies in Tokyo, Japan.
Paul is an alumni of the Chi Psi Alpha Nu fraternity.
